hereby wish to inform you that our company, Sweet Aveja Srl, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 has complied with the procedures required by law on privacy. For this reason, as shown below will be processed by us, your personal data collected so far and those that will be acquired in the future.
a) Nature of the data collected and purposes of the processing.
Purpose of data processing: the processing of data will be made to allow the newsletters, for the use of reference customers, for accounting purposes, commercial information, sending of advertising material, commercial interactive communication and for reasons related to compliance with accounting requirements / tax. The data are recorded and processed: personal data (name, surname, cod. Fiscal, etc.). E-mail address entered by you on our website or released in a different form by the user, automatically detected by the server IP address, date and time of registration. IP address and date and time of recording are stored in order to ensure proof of the regularity of enrollment. The recorded data can also be used for statistical reports about our activity. Where necessary for these reasons, the data may be disclosed to third parties (letter e).
b) Unsolicited Communications
Communications “unwanted” of advertising material, commercial communications and other cases provided for in Article 130 privacy code will occur prior consent in case of use of communication tools mentioned in the same article mentioned above.
c) Method of treatment.
The data will be treated mainly through electronic, computerized and paper and then stored on both the media and on paper or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures in accordance with Annex “B” of the regulations on Minimum Security Measures of the “Privacy Code”.
d) Mandatory nature and consequences of the refusal of the data.
All data are required. In fact, all the data collected by Sweet Aveja Srl, for the purposes listed in point a), the person concerned will be useful to ensure a rapid and more information. In the event of failure to include any of them the person might not have the required service.
e) Third parties to our company to whom the data may be communicated.
Whenever necessary for the purpose referred to in paragraph a), the data may be disclosed to third parties outside the Sweets Aveja Srl Here is a short list of third parties to which the Company will transfer your data:
credit institutions;
professionals (accountants, lawyers, etc.).
transport companies;
debt collection company.

You have the right:
a) to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, and their communication in an intelligible form;

c) to obtain from the owner, without delay:
(I) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
(Ii) the updating, correction or, if you are interested, integration of data;
(Iii) certification that the operations mentioned in items (i) and (ii) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data are disclosed, except where such proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
d) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
e) to oppose, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The rights relating to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is interested.
